While the location near Victoria Station is fantastic for exploring London, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were seriously lacking. The room I stayed in was small, with a worn carpet and a very uncomfortable mattress. I appreciated having fresh bedding, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.
